I absolutely love the new BODYJAM™ release. Not too difficult to learn the different types of dance moves and the songs are cool. True Fitness launched the new BODYJAM™ last Saturday; My Fitness will be on 13th June while Fitness First is organizing the annually held big charity event - Miracle 2007, this year at Cineleisure Damansara on 16th June.
From the official Les Mills:
BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center and get high on the feeling of dance. Every three months, Les Mills releases a new BODYJAM® class with fresh choreography and music.
More and more people are dancing up a storm with BODYJAM™ and this new class is gonna hook in even more. Simple choreo from start to finish will open the door to more first-timers, while experienced Jammers get the authentic styles and breakout sensations they have come to expect.
Club sounds set up the warm-up and throbbing synths from Omarion line up perfectly with creative isolation work.
Then the brand new Oldskool style kicks in with a classic from the late great James Brown. The simple footstrikes in the add-on choreo allow you to focus on perfecting the Lock ‘N’ Pop combo.
“Soft, flowing and sexy” sums up the Latin track and the ultimate Ricky Martin experience. Then we rip up the dance floor with Basement Jaxx and Trash Jam – an all-new mash-up of Jazz, Krump and Hip Hop where you can go absolutely bonkers.
Ring the Alarm is another breakout number to start our House block. Get ready for an out-of-body experience with this remix of Beyonce – it’s like clubbin’ at 4am!
Fedde Le Grand keeps the party bouncin’ with his “Hands Up” gargantuan hit and you get to experiment with your hips to Gwen Stefani before breaking out again with JT and chillin’ out with super-cool Jay-Z.
Come and join me, Tina & Clement at My Fitness on 13th June 8.30pm. We will definitely make you feel good

Fans of Transformers, look out for the BIG movie coming to cinemas here soon…28th June, ahead of US! If you’re born in the late 70’s or early 80’s, the cartoon should have been a big part of your childhood (I can recall Voltron more than Transformers though…hehe)
Here’s a brief intro on the movie. Transformers are robots that live on the planet Cyberton, ruled by Optimus Prime and Megatron.
One day, Megatron starts a war for the control of Allspark (the source of life) which prompted Optimus Prime to send it away and finally landing it somewhere on Earth. The war to recover the lost Allspark splits the Transformers into the heroic Autobots and the evil Deceptions.
The characters in the movie:
Autobots :
Optimus Prime , Jazz, Ironhide, Ratchet & Bumblebee (originally a Volkswagen but in the movie he transforms into a Chevrolet Camaro)
Decepticons :
Megatron, Starscream, Brawl, Bonecrusher, Blackout, Scorponok, Baricade & Frenzy
When Megatron gets to earth, he malfunctioned…..
I should say no more. Anyway, that’s all I know

If you have not watch Pirates 3 and planning to watch it at the cinema, do stay until the end. There’s actually a short scene (less than a minute) at the end of the movie after the end credits.
Rumour has it that there will be Pirates 4…can’t confirm.
Me & Captain Jack Sparrow!

Here it goes again, another quarter is nearing…getting busy and tired all over again…sigh. Capoeira, evasive side kicks…getting really bored these days.
BODYCOMBAT…BODYJAM…people wondered how I can teach those 2 programs at the same time…well, it’s not easy. I have to be tough & serious for combat and smooth & slinky for the other. Go to www.lesmills.com and you’ll know more
I will be involved with the launch at My Fitness again sometime next month.
Well, at least I’m trying to include some interesting activities apart from just going to the gym and go insane with the others.. I finally tried paintball! Been missing out on a few outings with some friends but this time I braved myself to the battlefield at Mudtrekker with my colleagues…what a bunch of hooligans we were…next activity in my diary: go rock climbing…I want to climb Mount Kinabalu!

Received this sweet sms:
Hi, can you do me a favour? Can you thank your mom for me because without her, I wouldn’t meet a great friend like you!
Aww…

There are so many good (or worth watching in cinema) movies to catch for the next 3 months…Spidey 3, Pirates 3, Shrek 3 in May…Transformers, Fantastic 4 in June…Die Hard 4, Harry Potter 5, The Simpsons in July.
Here’s the view at the left side of my table in the office…for now:
I like these more:
Behind my table:
Cool huh? ;p

Reasons to watch 300:
1. Men with 8-packs
2. Sexy women
Ok ok, on a serious note:
3. Smashing fight formation
4. Extreme slash, whip, thrust, thrash, prod, etc.
5. Excessive blood gushing (slow motion)
Really salute the Spartan soldiers, 300 of them against million Persians. I admire King Leonidas’s fearless & “no giving up” attitude.
Nice duotones but with lots of computer effects especially on the background.
Some scenes remind me of Zhang Yimou’s “Hero.”
Now looking forward to Die Hard 4 – “Live Free or Die Hard”. Transformers too!
