Deep in your heart you hope you’ll get whatever your heart desire. Sometimes you wish for miracle to happen and it doesn’t. Now that I’m nearly going to get it, I find myself in a rumpled position. Why do opportunities come at the same time? Choices, choices…if only I can have it all and take it one step at a time…life would be perfect. But nothing is 100% perfect. We are building castle in the air.

Tonight’s the night - BODYJAM’s first ever theme class at True Fitness Taipan and I’m bringing a special guest with me. Who is Teddy? Will post up some photos after the event ;-p

True Fitness will be having a theme class for BODYJAM - Pyjamas Jam! All members are invited to join the class at the Taipan branch on 19th July. I’ll be team teaching with Ken…it’ll be my 1st BJ class at Taipan. Don’t be shy, come and join the fun in your pyjamas!

Ouch…i sprained my ankle again…this time while conducting BODYCOMBAT at Menara Maxis last Friday…i was just running on the spot, to My Chemical Romance’s Welcome To The Black Parade…how could i be so clumsy! No classes for a while now…argghh…
