I just had my last "Steps Rhythm" class at Sweat Club. Been teaching there for about 6 months and decided to call it quits as I fear of Osteoarthritis or Chondromalacia Patella. I had some pain on both knees so I need to reduce my classes; have to minimize the impact stress to the joints.

Many thanks to the management, Geetha, Joeheena & Mai Kuen for being so nice, warm and understanding to me. To the regular members who always joined the class, Swee Hoon, Yasmine, Keiko & Ricardo, keep up your passion in fitness. I will miss you all. But I’d still be around
